A month in, we've crossed a thousand active users. Here's what we've learned about how you actually use the product.
The average user attempts 12 problems per week and completes 3 explain-backs. The most-loved feature is (unexpectedly) the confidence picker — users report that being asked to commit to a number before submitting has changed how they study.
The most complained-about feature is the attempt-gate. Users who came from other AI products expect to type a question and receive an answer; the gate is the first thing that feels different, and it feels different in a way that is not immediately welcome. By day three, the complaints drop 80%. By week two, they invert into gratitude.
The most surprising finding: the parent dashboard is popular with adult learners who are not parents. They send it to a partner or a friend as accountability. We shipped a solo accountability partner feature in response.
Thank you to the first thousand. We're building for you.
