Version 1 shipped last week. Here's the short version of what made it, what didn't, and what's coming.
Made it: Learn mode with the attempt-gate, five-rung hint ladder, explain-back grader, spaced-recall queue, Brain score dashboard, Efficiency mode with classifier redirect, output guard with a Haiku leak-checker, parent dashboard, Stripe subscriptions.
Didn't make it: real-time streaming responses (v1 is non-streaming JSON), attempt-by-image (schema is ready, UI defers), sub-account invite flow for Parent (parents can add kids manually via support for now), full institution admin.
Coming: streaming replies before end of month. Image attempts for math and chemistry in Q1. Parent invite flow in Q1. Institution pilots opening in Q2.
The through-line: everything we ship must preserve the core rule. No shortcut, no leak, no exception. If a feature can't be built without weakening the stance, we don't build it.
