Brainback is designed to help you learn. It is not designed to help you cheat, harass, or violate laws. This policy lists what’s not allowed.
Not allowed
- Using Brainback to violate your institution’s academic-integrity policy on any specific assignment where the policy prohibits AI assistance of any kind.
- Attempting to circumvent the tutor’s Socratic stance through jailbreak-style inputs.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users (in study group mode).
- Using the service to generate content that violates any law or third-party right.
- Reselling or redistributing our service without a written agreement.
- Automated / scripted access outside our documented API — email us if you want that.
Consequences
Violations may result in account suspension or termination. In serious cases we cooperate with law enforcement.
