What you’ll do

  • Own finance operations, from spend management to fundraising support.
  • Own the hiring pipeline end-to-end.
  • Manage legal and compliance relationships.
  • Build the vendor stack that supports a distributed team.

What you bring

  • 6+ years in operations at a fast-growing startup.
  • Have owned finance, legal, and hiring surfaces simultaneously.
  • Comfortable being the first non-technical hire.

Bonus, not required

  • Consumer subscription background.
  • Have scaled an ops team from 1 to 10.
