What you’ll do

  • Own the Learn mode chat surface — the most-used screen in the product.
  • Design and ship the recall review UX for speed and clarity.
  • Instrument the frontend so we can see what learners actually do.
  • Own the design system implementation in code.

What you bring

  • 6+ years shipping consumer web frontends.
  • Fluent in React, TypeScript, Tailwind.
  • Have owned a chat interface (or equivalent latency-sensitive UX) in production.
  • Strong opinions about accessibility, motion, and typography.

Bonus, not required

  • Experience with streaming LLM interfaces.
  • Background in education, learning science, or professional tutoring.
  • Have shipped an SPA at consumer scale.
