Start a pilot in your department.
Six steps from email to deployed cohort. Standard pilots run one semester. Multi-year deployments start after the first.
How the conversation goes.
- email us
Send edu@brainback.app a note. Program, cohort size, outcomes you want to measure.
- 30-minute call
We walk you through the product, the stance, and how measurement works. Bring skeptics; they usually leave convinced.
- pilot design
We draft a two-page pilot memo: scope, timeline, measurement, comms. You sign, we onboard.
- deploy
Students receive account setup during your standard onboarding. Aggregate usage analytics start flowing to your dashboard within 48 hours.
- mid-semester review
We meet with your team midway through the semester to share what we're seeing and adjust anything that isn't working.
- end-of-semester assessment
Joint review of the pilot outcomes. If successful, we convert to a multi-year deployment.
To: edu@brainback.app Subject: pilot inquiry — [your department, your institution] Hi, I teach [course + level] at [institution]. I'm interested in running a Brainback pilot next semester with a cohort of ~[N] students. Outcomes I'd like to measure: - [e.g. exam-score lift vs prior semester] - [e.g. DFW rate change] - [e.g. student self-report on effort] When would be a good time for a 30-minute call? — [your name]
